• AISI copyright notice and this notice of authorization are available in all copies.
• No part of this site may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without AISI’s prior written permission.

The Use of the AISI Logo on Social Media Sites

Third parties setting the groups and pages on Facebook or any other social media platforms to display an AISI logo and create the appearance that it originates from or is sanctioned by AISI. 

Not only do these activities infringe on our rights of intellectual property, but they also violate the terms and regulations applicable between third parties and social media platforms. Therefore, if requested by us, these platforms will delete the related pages.

We do not wish to prevent anyone from developing groups and pages for our courses or AISI in general on Facebook or any other platform. However, by preventing the use of our emblem by pages and groups or by making the impression that we are from them or approve of them, we ask the parties involved to respect our rights to intellectual property.

We would like to offer the following advice to avoid any disputes:

• Never to use the AISI logo.

• Only as long as the term “unofficial” stands in front of it may the AISI wordmark be used as the title for the group or page.

• The following disclaimer should be placed prominently on the corresponding pages:

“The views represented on this website do not necessarily reflect the views of AISI’ and this group is neither associated with nor approved by AISI.”

AISI reserves the right from time to time to revise or modify these guidelines.

Copyright Infringement: Our Qualifications

 AISI has invested substantially in developing globally recognized and relevant qualifications and will continue to do so.

Any attempt to reproduce, recreate or translate any aspect of AISI’s qualifications is an infringement of AISI’s intellectual property rights and, as such, provides grounds for AISI to pursue a claim for copyright infringement.

AISI will initiate copyright infringement claims In the event that any of the following scenarios arise:

• Copying, reproducing or translating the contents of all qualifications of AISI I in whole ii) when the copy, reproduction or translation of any part of AISI’s qualifications have been established to be the substantive part of the text.

• Copying, reproducing or translating t of the style and/or design of any part of AISI’s qualifications.

AISI expect the rights of intellectual property to be respected by all stakeholders and interested parties.
